Navigating Uncharted Waters: A Letter From Caci

Dear Clientele,

If you've been a guest of Toccare, you're probably familiar with our intention to create a special space where our guests feel safe and welcome. It has always been our greatest pleasure to build true, meaningful, connections and relationships with our cherished clientele, and being able to create that solely through face-to-face interactions. While I am confident that Toccare will weather this storm, I feel so strongly for those in our community that may not have the same assurance. Our main focus during this time is for good health for both ourselves and for our loved ones, and that we will all come out of this on the other side with a renewed perspective and better appreciation for the opportunity we have to be of service to others.

Like so many in our industry, the last couple of weeks have been challenging to navigate. I never could have anticipated or prepared for this as a business owner. This has been a moment of growth for both myself and my team and has given us the opportunity to learn valuable tools that have helped us to navigate such a crisis, as well as new ways to meet the needs of our clientele and stay connected. The entire Toccare family is incredibly grateful for the support and kind words of encouragement we have received from you, our loyal clientele.

As for us, we are going to take this extra down time as an opportunity to practice being still and patient while we recharge our minds and our bodies. As we adapt to our new normal over the next few weeks, we're heading inward to show ourselves love and to listen to what our bodies may have been trying to tell us all along. This moment is a time to reflect and observe the small things that we are normally too busy to see. Whether it's taking time to slow down our morning routine or carving out some quiet time to meditate and clear our thoughts. Whatever it is that we choose to do with our time, we will do it with intention, presence, and gratitude.

Our team will be awaiting the day to return to doing what we love most, serving you! Wishing you and your family health and peace!

Warmly,

Caci Di Russo
