This treatment soothes, relaxes, and de-stresses with the addition of Hot Stones. For those looking for added pressure without discomfort, the heat from hot stones will warm the body and allow your muscles to loosen, allowing for a release of tension and stress. Placement of the stones depends on which areas of the body the massage therapist believes need more focus. The massage therapist may also choose to use the stones in their hands while incorporating long strokes and kneading or rolling along the body. This helps to encourage blood flow throughout the body, while also allowing the therapist to reach deeper muscle layers.
