Esthetics Openings:

Esthetician / part-time

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Esthetician to join our team in a flexible and dynamic role. The position operates on an alternating schedule, ensuring work-life balance while still providing excellent care to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for skincare, a commitment to client satisfaction, and the ability to adapt to varying techniques and treatment styles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a range of esthetic services, including facials, waxing and sugaring, and lash and brow tinting, tailored to individual client needs.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment that adheres to sanitation standards.

  • Stay current on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to offer clients the best recommendations and treatments.

  • Offer consultations to clients regarding skin care routines and products.

  • Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing personalized, high-quality service.

  • Assist with product sales and recommend treatments to help clients achieve their skincare goals.

  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are well-maintained and ready for use.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive spa experience.

Qualifications:

  • Valid esthetician license (in accordance with state regulations).

  • Proven experience in esthetics, including facials, waxing, and skin care treatments.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude.

  • Flexibility to work an alternating schedule of 16 hours one week and 25 hours the next, with every Saturday required.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
