Toccare Day Spa was launched in 2013 with the desire to bring quality, customized, clean beauty to the Queen City. Since then, we’ve brought together a group of amazing women who are both experienced in and passionate for the skincare field. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and stand confidently behind our choice of skincare, spa services and product lines.

Caci Di Russo
Owner

Caci has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry and provides excellent customer service through her exclusive, customized skincare treatments. After training at the Aveda Institute for Esthetics and Southeastern School of Massage Therapy, Caci began her career at Carmen! Carmen! Salon & Spa where she spent 12 years learning the industry and perfecting her craft. She then continued her journey for the next year and a half training and working for some of the most exclusive and top rated product lines on the market. Caci now brings her expertise to her very own day spa right in the heart of Charlotte. With two locations, one in Myers Park and one in Dilworth, she, along with her team, specialize in a holistic approach and non-invasive treatments. From highly skilled and personalized facials, to advice on at-home skin care rituals, Caci has all the tools to accomplish the fresh and natural look her clients desire.

Meshelle Harris - Lead Esthetician
Meshelle comes to Toccare with esthetics experience spanning the country from the Pacific Northwest to Charlotte, NC. After receiving and falling in love with her first facial, Meshelle left her career in marketing and advertising to pursue her newfound passion in the art of skincare and gained her license in 2010. Before her journey began with our team, Meshelle spent the past four years as a top rated esthetician at the luxurious Ballantyne Resort and Spa. Meshelle found Toccare after seeking a smaller, more relationship-based experience to have with her clientele. She brings a wealth of education to her clients and specializes in result-driven facials by customizing exfoliation techniques and addressing their problematic areas. While Meshelle is busy focusing on improving her clients concerns, they tout her as giving the most relaxing facial they have ever received.

Alessandra Hernandez - Lead Esthetician
Alessandra, an 8+ year esthetics veteran, loves all things beauty related. She is Toccare's go-to esthetician for the latest and most on-trend beauty treatments and techniques available. Originally from Venezuela, Alessandra began her career at the Ballantyne Resort and Spa after attending the Aveda Institute in Charlotte where she was awarded best facial in her class. Along with facials, her expertise lies in different methods of hair removal by utilizing hard wax, soft wax and sugaring, depending on the most appropriate for the area and type of hair. She also excels at makeup applications and achieving glowing results during facials by listening and assessing her clients needs and working to nourish their skin. Alessandra is also fluent in Spanish.

Alisha Cooper - Senior Esthetician
Alisha comes to us with 10+ years of experience in the skincare industry, and has a sweet, nurturing spirit and a true passion for helping her clients feel good. She encourages her clients to let go of unrealistic beauty standards and to see themselves as the beauty they seek. Her priority with each guest she has the opportunity to work with is to help them love themselves exactly as they are and to focus on nourishing the skin for a happy and healthy glow, inside and out. Alisha is passionate about connecting with her guests. Her encouraging presence, as well as her educational manner and personable personality, make her an excellent fit for clients looking for a truer understanding of how to care for themselves and their skin.

Nicole Rice - Senior Esthetician
Nicole, a skincare veteran with 16+ years of esthetics experience, is a master waxer specializing in hard wax Brazilians. She also has a keen understanding of working with acne-prone skin types. Nicole grew up mainly on Long Island, but has lived all over the US. She will claim that upstate NY has her heart but NC has truly become home for she and her two daughters. She enjoys exploring new places with them, with what they call, “surprises”.

Kathryn Snyder - Esthetician
Kathryn, licensed in both Cosmetology and esthetics, has a unique passion for the esthetics field. She enjoys connecting with her clients and helping to guide them through the world of skincare, whether that be in the treatment room or at home. Her light-hearted and lively nature make her quite an enjoyable therapist to connect with. Outside of work, Kathryn shares her time with her teenage son and her fun-loving husband and enjoys hobbies like inline skating and perfume collecting. If you asked her what her favorite product would be, she would immediately gush over the Herbivore Orchid Facial Oil and its deep floral fragrance.

Kaia Bryant - Esthetician
Kaia, a graduate from the Aveda Arts & Science Institute, has enough confidence and skincare knowledge that would have you think she’s been in the industry for years. She comes to us from Washington D.C, where she worked at a small retail store alongside estheticians and fellow clean beauty and skincare fanatics. This experience inspired her to make her way into the esthetics world by obtaining her license here in Charlotte — not far from her hometown of Greensboro — which prompted her journey with Toccare. Kaia’s gentle approach will leave you feeling like you are walking on air. She finds both passion and purpose through skincare and is always up for a challenge.

Cami Ippolito - Esthetician
Cami is a passionate Esthetician from Belmont, North Carolina. Her love for skincare began while she was in Cosmetology School studying to receive her Manicurist License. Upon graduating, Cami decided to return to school to achieve her Esthetics License and begin her journey into the skincare field. She has now been practicing for 3+ years, although her in-depth product knowledge and facial skills would have you believe that she has been in the industry much longer. While Cami’s expertise helps her clients to look and feel their best, her warm and welcoming personality also contribute to her clients continuously returning.

Fran Vroom - Esthetician
Fran began her journey in the heart of Louisiana, where she developed a deep appreciation for the healing power of nature and a holistic approach to skincare. Along with her southern charm and inviting personality, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge in advanced hair removal techniques, such as sugaring. Whether you’re seeking expert advice, skin rejuvenation, or simply just needing to relax, Fran is here to help.

Sam Jenkins - Esthetician
Sam has newly joined our Esthetics team, though you may recognize her from the front desk team, as this is where her journey with us began. Her passion for skincare and helping others is what makes her so special, along with her warm and kind demeanor.

Massage Therapists

Ann Stamey - Lead Massage Therapist
Ann comes to Toccare with the heart and drive to help others through the practice of massage therapy. Before joining the Toccare family, Ann had a career in healthcare for ten years, which then lead her to become certified in massage therapy. Her nurturing nature assists her in the ability to provide relaxation through various massage techniques while simultaneously enhancing one’s physical well-being. Her warm and approachable demeanor makes her a favorite among Toccare’s clients. Ann is certified in pre-natal massage, deep-tissue, and hot stone technique.

Ashley Bradshaw - Massage Therapist
Ashley brings 9 years of massage therapy experience with her to Toccare. A transplanted Charlotte native, Ashley felt intuitively let into the field of massage therapy and has been able to provide truly magical experiences through the modalities that she practices. Not one massage with Ashley is the same, and her calming nature is one to cherish. She enjoy’s photography in her spare time and spending time with her family and dog.
